Raina says : SAW L.A. Guns tonight. The sound wasn't too great and didn't play songs I wanted to hear.
Now, i'll be going to sleep... 0

they were to play before Alice Cooper in...i really dont remember the year...in2002 or 2003 i guess.but we hadnt seen em,so i havent got a clue what the Hell they compose

They play Hard Rock, glam/sleaze. They're a well known to people that like this genre, and Guns n Roses originated from this band.

I SAW AC/DC tonight, it was the most amazing concert I've ever been to in my life! Sound was great, had the perfect tracklist, light effects, the fat woman, the bell, the train, the cannons...everything! If I can find some clear pics on my camera I'll post them later.

Right now I am slightly tipsy and dead tired, I don't know why the Hell I'm still on messenger. So...

Are you kidding? I don't know what concert you've seen, but this one was damn good, it was their Black Ice tour...or maybe you don't like them much, cause that can be a reason too

I was a big fan of AC/DC . The timing was just awful . It was supposed to be their last tour , or so the metal reports said , so every greek metalhead was there . And of course the ones that organise it wouldnt disagree with a bit more profit , so they put a huge amount of people , much more than this stadium was ever made to hold . We are talking about a sea of people . We were like fishes in a tin can . I couldnt even breathe and no , there was not even room to Push the others . If you wanted to go to the toilet , you would Die there in the croud

Been to Metalfest Hungary this weekend. Managed to Survive on 10 euro in a foreign country [that with camping and transportation excluded, of course].

Waited to post this, to have some pictures for this thread, so here are some of the bands:

Arkona - They only played 6 songs I wanted more, Masha has an amazing voice!

Sabaton - really awesome and dynamic gig!

HammerFall - It was my favorite gig from the whole festival, they played all the songs I wanted to hear and played them really well !

Sonata Arctica - most Brutal concert I've ever been to. Managed to top Kreator and Lamb Of God, I kid you not! By Brutal, I mean as in number of hits received from a violent crowd. Their playlist disappointed me, there were songs I wanted to hear from them...

Varg - good show, played from their Blutaar album, which is one of my faves this year

Eluveitie - an ok show, they are forever Cursed to have technical problems every time I see them. But when they play well they are awesome!

Finntroll - one of the best gigs, the lead singer is always nice to look at   played 'Solsagan' & 'Unter Bergens Rot'

Amon Amarth - awesome gig, it was a band I really wanted to see - therefore got really crappy quality pics, they played mostly from their album 'Twilight of the Thunder god'.

Others very worthy of mention are Korpiklaani, Lamb Of God, Death Angel, Nevermore, Brainstorm, Legion Of The Damned, Deicide, Elvenking and a Bathory tribute band Twilight of the the Gods.

I suppose that you can already guess that I'm more jealous than anyone here.
