Hevein is definitely symphonic thrash.

You could also try Resolution15 . Electric violins rather than guitars. Kind of hard to find their stuff though.

You could also try Dragonlord (symphonic black/thrash), Else (symphonic power/thrash) or Believer (symphonic/avant-garde thrash).

One last thing for now. Anetia Insignis. These guys were harder for me to find than Resolution15. I eventually found them and I will try to add them to youtube. Here I'll quote what the Metal Archives calls them: "Symphonic Thrash / Death Metal with Industrial / Electronic influences"
