After Cannibal Corpse got rid of chris barnes he went off to make his own band, but in my opinion wasent taken as seriously as it should of. i think Six Feet Under is just as good as cannibal corpse.
 
It seems nowdays most people dont even know who that is. but keep this in mind before you blast and thrash HIM,
 
barnes was the first vocalist. and a big part of thier early succsess.
 
this is where you come in. Do you think they were never taken seriously enough because they thought barnes was washed up?

I think Barnes was definitely at his best in Cannibal Corpse......
Six Feet Under is very mainstream sounding Death Metal if ya know what I mean some of it has a real bop to it.
Have you heard Torture Killer?? That is a side band with Barnes...... Not too bad.

Why'd they Kick Barnes out of Cannibal Corpse in the first place?

I just know that Seth Putnam of Anal Cunt wants to Kick Barnes' ass for some reason, but when he stood up to HIM, Chris Barnes turned pussy, and got his fellow roadies to Fight for him. Thats all I know about Barnes'

He was also seen on Ace Ventura, the first movie.... hahaha

umm, barnes is a wimp first of all :P....apparently it was miscommunication between the 2 as Seth (of course) was just messing with barnes and actually wanted to Fight HIM so barnes got security to Kick Seth out or something and it just escalated from there (at least that's just what i've heard)....seth was actually a fan of Cannibal Corpse before the fued started heh but anyways yea chris is the type of guy who helps fans out in moshes and such. If you can't mosh then don't get in the pit! but yea, i don't like Cannibal Corpse or SFU in the least bit, death > both bands
