Sprint 221 is
Born as project at the beginning of 2005, when Paul Garateguy, Daniel Flores, Matías Pedrosa (1 º vocalist of the band) and Alci Salcedo joins with the intention of doing Heavy Rock of the good one, without cotillion, without makeup.
On April 2, 2005 I realize the first test with the band formed of the following way:
Matías Pedrosa: Voices
Daniel Flores: Guitar and Backing Vocals
Paul Garateguy: Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals
Alci Willow grove: Battery.
With this formation, we give the first live show On July 9, 2005, in the frame of the Motoencuentro of Zarate's City. An acceptable show, before a not easy at all public, in whom we sense beforehand 6 own songs and 4 covers.
Passing the year 2005, 2006 the band I present in the most diverse scenes of Capital Federal, as being the Acatraz Auditorium, La Colorada Music Bar, Loca Bohemia and in Buenos Ares., appearing in Wilde's Species Bar, in Juana La Loca Derqui's Bar, between others.
A few months later Matías decides to be opened of the band to approach to more identical personal projects to his style.
After comings and goings in search of the principal
Voice for SPRINT 221, it enters to the band "Ozzy" to take charge of the position, with which we gave only three shows.
We
Decide to add the second guitar to contribute volume and force to the band. It is for this that we
Deicide to join Santiago Pedro in the second guitar and backing vocals.
Having realized that the spirit of the band and the essence of the same one did not have too much that to see with the idea of this singer, we follow forward with the formation:

In the middle of 2007 SPRINT 221 begins to record in I Study DobleB de San Martin in
Buenos Aires, the topics that would form a part of his first record production.
In December, 2008, and having produced and recorded the disc of a totally independent way, it goes out to the Light " EN MARCHA ", the first disc of the band, with a very good acceptance on the part of the public and of the specialized press.
Throughout 2008/2009, the band manages to appear in the City of
Resistencia, Chaco and two times in Elortondo in the province of
Santa Fe and to consolidate a strong presence in the
Buenos Aires City of La Plata, managing to confirm a mini tour throughout every 2010 with 7 confirmed dates In this city.
Meanwhile the band continues appearing live in any place where of the opportunity, being related by all band that feels this as us, travelling for the Interior of our country, arming dates, doing promotion, appearing in Radios, spreading and fighting in order that this project could be known and supported by many, for satisfaction of those that, as us, love this style of music and of life.
We know that along the whole Argentine territory and over the whole world, we are thousands that we support blurred this one ... and SPRINT 221 points exactly at it ... that these thousands that we are, we know ourselves one with other one and
support the whole blurred Under Nacional, Latin-American and the rest of the heavy metaol world.
