The song has also just began an 8-week radio promotion that begins on July 2nd, but stations began spinning it upon receipt.
This song emphasizes the dark side of heroin addiction. The lyrics are blunt, written for impact, and compliment the song title.
What makes this track unique is that the section of the song is old-timey country arrangement that then abruptly smacks you in the face with a full-bore
Thrash Metal onslaught with some moshable breakdowns as well. I do not believe a song composition like this has ever done before.
