you know, I live in this street all my life and only after your post I SAW that there was rainwater gutter. I even went outside and checked it.
anyway free shower isn't so bad
but more I wonder if this house (with balcony) will ever be destroyed

oh, I think my neighbors are Extreme lovers, cause I do know, that  house was built in XIX century people live in this house
