yes, Emeth is really worth a listen. There are a lot bands from belgium that you should try. Also In-Quest (at least the older material) is quite good to listen. Former members were also from Emeth and Aborted.

my favorites are Putrid Pile (hopefully gonna see em this summer at Central Illinois Metalfest), Abominable Putridity, Human Mastication, Anal Nosorog, and Kataplexia, just to name a few...
