"True Raw" Black Metal
Doom Metal
Thrash Metal (80's & 90's)
Some Classic Metal
Power Metal/Speed Metal

Unless the band adds some kind of Death Metal influence to the band as well... Ive tried countless times to get into Emperor, Carpathian Forest, Aarni, Defender, Tankard, Dio, Iced Earth, Exodus, etc. and just can't because the music sounds too cheesy in my opinion. I have to have something more Brutal as long as it has Death influence...

Cant stand bands like:
Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Faith No More, Red hot chili peppers and every damn other band in the same or related genre.
 
All Nu Metal, every single band.
 
Everything related to the Hardcore genre.
 
99 % of glam/hair metal/rock. (Poison, Guns n Roses, Winger, etc)
 
Industrial metal (like Ministry, Rammstein etc)

Bands I don't really like,
-Metallica, maybe it's thier ego; like when they released Death Magnetic they had to throw a huge party with rap artists and constantly bringing up how great they are and such. Hate the way rolling Stone humps their leg too.
-Motely Crue, same reason as Metallica.
