Loved it! Tells the story about germans imigrating to South Africa and becoming citizens with diplomatic immunity and getting away with gold, money and murder! Then Starsky & Hutch find a way to smoke Dope and get high and get in a telephone booth to go back to the 19th century to stop anybody entering in south africa to shoot them or drown them in the water with a block tied to their feet along with their callgirls they did afterwards. When it's over Bill & Ted find a boat and smashes a dude with a big box and they make out. Sorry to spoil the movie for you guys who haven't seen this yet. The End
