I hear that Greece has quite The Black metal scene! (Including all Black Metal variations/subgenres). My favorite is Ravencult. What other bands are there? Are there any characteristics that all or most Greek bm bands seem to have in common? Discuss!

I would consider Rotting Christ to have more of a gothic death sound than black..

The last three aren't bad either. i still consider them BM, with some sidesteps towards industrial ( no not gothic, I can't find gothic elements in there)

What about Zemial? They are quite similar to Ravencult but with more Bathory influence. I must say they have excellent one of a kind musicianship.

I can't say I've heard of them! I shall look them up immediately! Any specific songs/albums you would recommend me looking up first? (for the best first impression of course).
