I am looking around for some Pagan or folk type of music, or at least the sound Pagan and Folk Metal music end up producing. Using a variety of instruments such as flutes, hurdy gurdy, and even bagpipes. I am looking for a band that uses a high variety of instruments such as Eluveitie. I am trying to broaden my bands to see if there is another band that uses as many instruments but still has a vocal singer as good as the lead vocals of Eluveitie. If there is not, I'll live with the greatness of Eluveitie

Why not go for some actual neofolk if that's what you want? Forseti is wonderful, they meld the "happy-go-lucky" folk style with the somber and melancholic folk style rather effectively, giving you easy-listening melodies and a somewhat dark atmosphere underneath.
