there hasnt been anything that was released thus far that blown my mind, crossing my fingures on the new Avantasia albums being good tho.

^ So far the samples and those two full tracks that are circulating around sound good, let's hope Tobi will present something more than just decent, I'm definately counting on it.

The records which got me mostly for now are those of Dark Tranquillity, Kalmah, Rotting Christ, Heathen (if we actually count it in the ranks of 2010), Orden Ogan and just recently the works of The Foreshadowing and Black Sun Aeon, to which I had some really high expectations. Looking forward to listening some quite a long list of releases by many favorite bands this year, so it's gonna be a long trip!

just found out that Unleashed has released a new album called As Yggdrasil Trembles, didn't hear anything about that till now... seems like Hammer Battalion came out just yesterday, and they already gotta new album out.

the new Hour Of Penance album is great, listening to Paradogma right now, can't wait to hear the new Fleshgod Apocalypse EP. Italy has some great Technical Death Metal bands

the new Misery Index album Heirs to Theivery is great, i was kinda afraid the band would be Deathcore influenced... i was wrong about that

1349's new album Demonoir is actually better than i expected, i was kinda worried they were gonna keep doing their weird ambient sound like what they did on Revelations of the Black Flame (which was one of the biggest disappointments of last year if you ask me)
