He wrote the following : Cody Jarret - Foolin Around (1987) (Rare Demo), but under that name i did not find any artist much less a rock band.

Tuff also appeared in the comments, but when I searched for their discography, it was only LP Nobody's Baby from 1987, but this LP does not contain such a song.
