Hey,
It's Darklau. I'm from Belgium, french native speaker.

Last week, I came across www.emusic.com and found many metal albums there.

What I had in mind was to sign up for a EUR 13,99 plan ( 30 downloads per month ). It's not very expensive ( 10 songs for EUR 4,70 )

But I've gone off the idea of being an emusic customer as I read tons of complaints about emusic.
Some people say that they are fraudulent. They steal the money right Out of your bank account (credit card ) without authorization.

Is there anybody here who knows emusic.com ?

Do you think I ought to sign up anyway ?

Thanks.

Hi Darklau, to be honest i havent heard anything about emusic.com before.
because i prefer to hold the cds in my hand instead of downloading.
but i checked this page anyways... and also read about this site in german forums and the general feedback. and i have to say i havent found anything in relation to any illegal bank transactions. where have you read about this?

Emusic belong to a big corporation called Dimensional Associates, LLC.. I don't see them risking themselves by being fraudulent.

I think I understand why people say they get charged in the free trial. Apparently, when they sign for Emusic, they sign for Audiobooks as well and get charged. Looks like you have to cancel your subscription on Audiobooks in fourteen days.
