I've been off SOM for a bit due to computer being locked in storage for a while and as I've gone to edit an album I see that I've been blacklisted. Never got any messages and can't seem to get into any previous ones. No new updates from SOM in my registered email address either.

 

Why the blacklist and how can I reverse it?
