My favorite is Impaled Nazarene, but Beherit, Darkthrone, Bathory and Mayhem (Pure Fucking Armageddon, Deathcrush and De Mysteriis DOM Sathanas only) are all pretty close to my favorite BM bands too.
 
As for Black/Death. Angelcorpse all the way.
 
And Black/Thrash I'll go with ether Nifelheim, Skeletonwitch, Destroyer 666 or Desaster.

No, because they're not. They're a Black Metal band with elements of Grindcore and Punk. Not Death.
 
I'll add Dissection to my list as well. Been listening to Storm of the Lights Bane a lot recently and only really realising how fucking incredible this band is. R.I.P Jon.
