glad to see Wintersun's album is getting alotta much deserved attention on this thread.
As Far as musical perfection goes, In the Constellation of the Black Widow by Anaal Nathrakh is still the greatest album i've ever listened to. It's so chaotic and raw that it borders on noise at parts but the clean vocals and underlying melodies throughout the entire album are what really makes it such a masterpiece. All the grindy-ness is really just an added bonus.

My favourite AN album is still The Codex Necro. I never really liked the other albums as much, but they're good.
