my favorite Death Metal vocalist has to Be Shaun Lacanne from Putrid Pile, that guy's Growl is insane, it's unlike any other band's vocalist i've ever heard, the Vocalist for Gorefest has a great but differnt Voice too, those are my 2 favorites right now

Chris Barnes. He was much better in Cannibal Corpse than in Six Feet Under and much better than George Fisher. Chris Barnes has a deeper grunt than George which I like and he doesn't look retarded when he is singing like George does.

I'd have to say Schuldiner... not that he growls more or deeper then many of today's vocalists, simply because of his ability to sing on top of his exquisite guitar compositions... in that chapter i'd like to add Suicmez aswell, tho you can he fits the vocal lines differently from Chuck.

Other than that, i love the low, dragged tone of Dallas from Nile!
