At least you included Glittertind. Perfection or Vanity was okay too and Sorgens Kammer would've been good if it wasn't so repetitive (they could've cut it to 3 minutes). Anyway, I just remembered my other favourite instrumental album! 
It's Jason Becker's Perpetual Burn. Anyone who likes guitar playing owes it to themselves to buy this album. There's so much range in style here, from soft slow Power ballads to thin melodies to wicked fast shredding and face-melting solos. Best songs here are Air, Opus Pocus and Perpetual Burn.  | ||

I absolutely love that song. The guitar/keyboard blend is awesome. Oh, one song I really think is awesome is Electric Wizard's song Ivixor B/Phase Inducer, off the album Come My Fanatics. I'll post a youtube vid when I get the chance. I can't do it now; I'm posting at school :D | ||

Symphonic Black Metal has a lot of awesome instrumental songs. Well, I know other good instrumental songs which are not symphonic like "Walker of Dissonant Worlds" of the depressive Black Metal band Xasthur, "Der Tod Wuotans" of the norwegian Black Metal Burzum or " Baldurs Tod" of the German Pagan Black Falkenbach. Two DSBM instrumental songs. Der Tod Wuotans can't be called Black Metal but I agree; it is an awesome track. And of course, Burzum has their own song called Baldrs Dod. It's not instrumental, though. | |||
