I didn't quote all the bands you named, but I really think that Watain or Tsjuder are not unknown bands. I even think my supermarket could sell those.

As for very RAW sound you should try Ildjarn / Bone Awl / The True Frost (GER) / ULULATE / NARTVIND my suggestions...
