Yorkshire-based thrash band Evile have announced plans to return to the studio in order to work on the follow-up to 'Infected Natons', it emerged today. Collaborating once more with previous producer Russ Russell and their management Wiseblood, the group has been thinking ahead of what to put on their third LP since 2009.In the light of significant events that Evile have undergone over the past year, namely the tragic passing of bassist Mike Alexande and eventually winning the Metal Hammer Golden Gods award; they have also commented that the future release will be more than a "new album".

According to lead guitarist Ol Drake: "We've been through a lot over the past year, and it's being naturally reflected in the music which is coming out. "I've never been as passionate as I am now about writing the best material we can. With [new bassist Joel Graham] in the mix, and him being a die-hard thrash fan since the '80s, I'm looking forward to see how this will turn out." In the meantime, Evile are busy preparing for their upcoming North American tour with fellow thrashers Bonded By Blood and Heavy Metal outfit Early Man.
