Located in an old factory, Kansas City is the base of operation of a local association of local musicians and provides rehearsal spaces. It is also the locus of a popular concert venue and rock bar, which hosts several rock and metal gigs a year. The venue is sometimes referred to as "Spillestedet" by locals.
