1. THE INEXPLICABLE FORCE

Long ago in a country aloof
In an arctic landscape so silent
All was peaceful until the day
The silence was broken by cries

The wind wailing louder than ever before
As it brought from afar creatures of the night
The wolves started howling under lunar glare
A spell was cast, stars vanished from sight

By enigmatic forces
Icerocks were torn asunder
Words in secrecy spoken
The sky exploded, thunder

The creatures danced around the fires
Lit by thunder from the skies
World-conflagration, all began burning
As their malicious dance intensified

These evil ones airborne
Needed to destroy all life formes
For with the energy released
They would feed the eternal beast

All life energy came into being
A force growing beyond expectation
All existence ceased by conflagration
Even the flames so fierce now dying

Long ago in a place so hot
In a pandemonium inanimate
Creatures of night were swept aside
By an inexplicable force of life


2. COMMANDMENTS

As I leave my homeland
for a quest into the (dark) unknown
Leaving behind all my loved ones
In a fight of honour to the throne

Now as I leave my kingdom
For its beauty I always sigh
Indomitable they shall now be
The commandments I from now live by

Consecrate my life to thee
Celestial love, my sanctity
My bride...one day my ring she'll wear
Death... the fear I must bear
I pray to God, guide me through this hell
Will I return...only time can tell

The chants of war becoming clearer
Raptured by this diabolical scene
My faith is strong, I do believe
Victory or defeat...nothing in between

My fate in the hands of my Redeemer
I respect his will...for it shall be done
Trust in the powers of my guardian angel
That I may return from the journey I have begun

Consecrate my life to thee
Celestial love, my sanctity
I have prevailed,
Home I shall sail
This nocturnal lament,
Hear the waves wail
My wife she'll be...
The prophecy


3. SHATTERED PARADISE

My gale of death spread with the winds
Extol the conquerers mighty powers
This ghastly bane, embraced by flames
Mock at the race my breath devours

Reverence and fear, known by the seer
Taste my zest plague of evil fire
United with flames, this human race....
Behold my fiery desire

Blackened Earth...burning skies
Creeping fog...shadows rise
Lunar night...dewy soil
Ebony air...oceans boil

Aloft my inferno...it shall reach
Bewildered by fear...a scream from the dead
For the enigma...of life as we know
For this Earthly existence...I hear you beseech

A vulcanic cloud, rise to the skies
Is this the end of our lives together?
In darkness they rest, no turning back
A billow of hate, this land it shatters

The end coming near, your fate becomes clear
This is the end! - My evil fire!
Drowning in flames - this human race
My strength - higher and higher!

Fira...the queen of ecstasy
Hephaestus...his fire shall reign
Forever...history shall know thee
Thera...lost in the blaze

Woe betide you!
Beware of my scornful wrath
Bringing the end with fire
Amidst thy beauty my fiery desire


4. HOGMANAY NIGHT

It was strange, this Hogmanay-night,
When a forest got its hurricane-force
In full vestments, a silhouette comes,
With its face, in condemnation...

This is my voice,
And you know who I am
I’m victimized by your gashes and your rage

Now come to me,
To sacrifice your soul,
It’s clear that it won’t stand its test of time like mine

Time has come to
Sentence you to
Clarify your troubled past
And you will be
Mine forever
An immortal slave obeying me

Victory is my aim,
My everlasting dream,
To make you bleed,
And torture your soul,
Will be, forever be mine,
And mine can never be yours,
To kill me again, (to kill me again)

Running in fear
I had no destiny
You can now flee from me but your fate is sealed

Don’t be afraid,
Cause you can not escape
It woud be false if I would let you go

Now tell me,
Did you expect,
That I would come back for you,
Close your eyes,
Close your mind,
Open your dependance to me

It’s over, this Hogmanay-night
When this forest got back its telling silence
On the ground, a decaying corpse
Still suffering, like his burning soul


5. THE LAST WORDS

It was wintertime,
When all was dark, cold and ice
There was a heart,
Fighting for light, comfort and warmth
But as time passed by,
The heart had to fight even more
It was blown out,
By a disease that no one could have stopped

You had warned me,
Not to trust that person within
It’s not the same
For I would never do you any harm
The Soul of Hearts left its place
Infected by a freezing death
It came to me,
In search of my soul to go down

In the past there was
A night in which a dream came to me
Warning for this hell
That’s where I now will be

When the night was gone,
I knew that this would not come true
But I was wrong,
When I saw that....

At the end of your life there was that sign
Saying those last words cursing me

I had never thought that I
Would confront myself in you
But I always will be sad,
Cause what I’ve seen is my life destroyed

Darkness had come,
But I saw that green light
And I knew the mirror would show
A person that had only lived in an evil world
Who I saw was me,
Just alone in my misery
I never knew,
That I had done you so many harm

So my soul broke down
Forever staying mute and silent
It had lost its fight
The Struggle of my guilt

I don’t blame myself
For something that you should have said me
I am cursed inside

6. GODDESS OF DELIGHT

In the garden...time for his quest
Beware for his soul may never rest!

Filled with joy...day becomes night
The crown of creation...
The most beautiful sight

The young man rides...
His friend at his side
Far from the place he remembers as a child

Through days of old...
I can feel your presence
You were among us
Since the beginning of time
Enslave us mortals...show us your might!
Thy name: Goddess of Delight

Benighted by dreams...glide on the winds
Cross the borders of time and space
Enter her realm, beware of her powers!
His fate uncertain as his journey begins....
Damnation is where she will lead
Mercy...the word his lips will plead

Like a hunting creature...divina
Roam through the night
Eyes, cold as stone...
Mesmerizing, feminine
Dead, without life
Smile...fill the living with fright
Thy name: goddess of delight

Endeavour to seduce my soul,
An entity so frail and pure
With lust cast onto me...
The ordeal I had to endure
Yet I reached for my saviour,
Condemn your kingdom to decay
United with my beloved,I feel reborn as we ride far away
