1. WATCHER

The watcher sits on his throne of silence
Kingdoms rise and fall

He heeds only the call of the woods
His kingdom is outside this world

He is the wizard,
The watcher
Wise sage, bringer of knowledge,
His hall is mighty oaken wood,
His sword strikes for truth,
Moonbeams endless light the way

Forever the enemy of the wraith
They battle 'til armageddon
Two worlds collide in endless conflict
None knows who will conquer

(Wood and water,
Rocks and rivers,
Mighty mountains
Create his kingdom

All the creatures and life on earth
He guards against the shadow)

War with the wraith eternal
When the battle is decided
All life shall pay

Though now the wraith holds sway,
Our time is but a dark night before a glorious day


2. KEENING

Lightgiver,
On the horizon

Baldr,
On his knees

I do not seek the light,
I do not seek your light,

Atavistic reclamation is at hand

3. THE GRAVE WEIGHT OF OUR TASKS

The time is nigh
When construction will cease
The architects will fall from their posts
And the scaffolds shall come tumbling down.

The slaves' backs are splintered
From the grave weight of their tasks
Each man and each woman dropping their burdens
They flee from the nefarious construct
That they themselves created.

Those bound to the failing ways
Fling themselves to the earth in desperation
Sealing their fate in green painted coffins
At the feet of this nefarious construct
We shall wait for the new dawn.

At the first light we rise
Hammers and wrenches held high
Stripping the nuts and smashing the walls
Flinging shards of false culture aside.

The grave weight of our task
Lifted from us
We tear down the citadel
And plant new seeds in her flesh.
