1. OVERTURE (Instrumentale)
2. AN EGYPTIAN TALE
There are some mysteries around tha egyptian civilization,
Legends about their customs, and of the power of the pyramids
Over that people. One man searched for the power,
And for a long time, he studied this legends.
I’ve looked his life and discoveries...
I’ve never knew him by myself, but I know his history.
In my mind I fell his presence,
And His spirit will tell us this tale, by my hands...
3. ENDLESS SEARCH
He was a man
Just trying to find the reason for this life
And through decades of his time
He serarched for the universal secrets
He became a wise man
For a long time studing hard
All the olds books, but
He didn’t find tha answers to his deep questions
And he was getting old
And knew this
The time was getting short
To find those answers
He was in his mind,
But one day, he was reading
Na old parchment, brought fromthe Egypt
By one friend
There was a legend, wrote in parchment,
A legend about a fourth pyramid
Waiting for a man, to discover it!!...
"Buried under the Sphinx
Waiting the chosen one
Of the pharaoh to find out
The secret of eternal life"
But the parchment was torn
And he coudln’t read the end of the prophecy
But that al he needed
A lot of time to search,
To search ‘till the end of times
Because he will live forever...
4. THE JOURNEY
He traveled to Egypt
Bought a lot of slaves
To work in the escavation
And nomads’caravan
To guide him through the desert
And they crossed the desert
In two weeks (finally!!)
They arrived in that ancient land
And started the excavation
5.THE SPHINX
In the splendor of a lost time
She reigned on this land
Today her eyes look na empty sunrise
And her realm is under the sand
The Sphinx is here
And men come and go
But here the wind will blow,
Again like before...

Beholder of past,
God lion of the Nile
But the god needs belivers,
Without belivers they fall
And their names
Are forgotten for all

6. INTO THE BURIED PYRAMID
When I discovered the pyramid
The sky became black
And a sand storm fell from the sky
In front of the right foot of sphinx
One dark hole appeared in front of my eyes
And the slaves took flight in panic to the desert...
‘Cos they know about the curse of the kings
To the desecrators of their graves
But the way to the pyramid is open
And I don’t belive in this curse
‘Cos I’m the chosen one
I went down the stairs
And I could just see the darkness
There was ages of magics in the air
And I coud feel the old mystery of that place
The acrid smell of decay and death was stronger
I set the fire in my torches
My first vision
Was the old corridors full of dead
The pharaoh’s slaves
The walsl were full of old writes, tale about the glory
Of the first Egyptian King
But this wasn’t my objective...
I walked through the corridors
Searching for the royal crypt
I was walking alone
But I heard some strangers sounds coming toward me
I was scared and a cold sweat came down from my head
But I didn’t stop, when suddenly
I found...
I found...
I found...
7. THE ROYAL CRYPT
I arrived into the royal crypt
Opening a heavy stone door
The crypt was round and great
Full of stranger and colossal stone idols
In the center of the crypt
I saw an altar
And in the top of the altar
There was a sarcophagus
My progressive wish
Became na obsession.
I needed the power
And that was the hour
I search for the notes in my pocket
And with a prayer the ritual started
I dressed the old mask of sacrifice rites,
And I prayed to abyss’god,
"Oh... Anubis free my life of arms of death,
Give me eternity, I’ll offer my blood and my soul"
In that moment my heart was so confused
And my thinking wsa flying high
Twisted forms started to dance inside my mind
Inside my mind...
The silence was so great
But I herd a stranger voice calling me
I serached for the voice
And it was coming from the sarcophagus
The pharaoh’s mummy was speaking to me
"Oh poor mortal man
You came from a long way ‘till here
You are a fool!
The secret of eternal life
That you search
It’s a curse, and I was a prisoner of this curse
But today you saved my spirit,
Finally, I’m free. After housand centuries my soul going to rest
And you be my subtitute... Goodbye stupid man..."
8. THE CURSE
I listened to that words
But I didn’t belive in them
Did I come from a distant country
Just to take a place of dead man?
I was smiling, but I stopped
Becauce I saw my hands
I saw my hands turned in other hands
And my mind exploded in madness
Finally, I understand the truth
My body was dead, but my soirit was alive
I was a prisoner of the curse of the pharaoh!
Now, my body was the body of the mummy
And my home was that sarcophagus
I would want to scream, but I couldn’t scream
Because my vocals strings were rotten
The pain of coagulated blood and died flesh
Had taken my existence
Finally, I understand the truth
My body was dead, but my soirit was alive
I was a prisoner of the curse of the pharaoh!
It was the end of my dreams of power
I was a damned man
But I didn’t want to belive in the warning
Now my life is full of pain and shadows
Finally, I understand the truth

9. PRISONER OF ETERNETY
In the grave of the pharaoh
I fell the pain in my mind
And I have this shine in my eyes
When the long way echoes touch me
And to each vision of futura reality
One light turn off in my destiny
The immortality
Became no cheap to me
My life’s gone
Now, I’m a living dead
Sand runnig in my veins
Poisoning my sanity and hurting my brain
Prophecies of evil are my torture
And the four walls of this grave
Are my onlty friends, today
