Luca Turilli was born March 5, 1972 in Trieste, Italy. His father himself played the cello and other instruments in an orchestra. His mother would take care of the house.
Luca Turilli discovered his love for the guitar at the age of 16, and its 1st model was an imitation of the "Gibson" by "Epiphone. He had already learned the flute at school and took some piano lessons. His musical idols are all those who have turned their passion into original compositions high level: Vivaldi,
Paganini, Bach, are some examples. His work is undoubtedly the favorite "24 Caprices" by Niccolo
Paganini. He greatly admires guitarist
Jason Becker, but his favorite rock album remains "Speed Metal Symphony"
Cacophony, although he also appreciates many
Crimson Glory,
Blind Guardian, and the album "Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part II" of
Helloween. While most guitarists tend to include blues improvisations,
Luca Turilli is still trying to work with baroque and classical elements, as well as with arpeggios. His playing is both technical and full of feeling. His greatest dream is to include a large number of elements from different cultures in its
Thursday "I think a new kind of global music," he says. "I try to unify the varied characteristics of different cultures in the music of Rhapsody." He became seriously ill in 1995 and is now in good shape, building his own legend as fast as its tappings!
Luca Turilli has a passion for cinema and a big fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger. He also enjoys the cinema as epic "Braveheart," "Conan", "Highlander", and of course "The
Lord Of The Rings." He is also a supporter of Italian football club from Udinese; he often travels to see them on their ground, or watch their games on television. He also regularly travels to a center of bodybuilding with his accomplice Alex Staropoli.
