I'm not sure how people might approach clean vocals here. It seems to be "uncharted".

I guess I'll put mine.

Mr. Doctor/Mario Panciera (Devil Doll)
-The most talented singer I've ever heard. Most amazing vocal range ever.

Mikkel Sandager (Mercenary)
-My favourite Power Metal vocalist.

Warrel Dane (Nevermore)
-A very unique tone to his voice. Adds a powerful feel to his music.

Aðalbjörn Tryggvason (Sólstafir)
-Another very unique tone. But instead of Power, it adds emotion to the music.

Lars F. Larsen (Manticora)
-An extremely powerful voice.

Devin Townsend
-Another amazing vocal range. Very strong feel to it.

Garm, from Ulver
Great as an Extreme vocalist and a clean vocalist. Huge range, even when the first Ulver album came out (he was 16 at the time). Two songs to listen to so you can get a sense of his range: Ind I Fjeldkramene (I think that's how you spell it) and Blinded by Blood.

Attila Csihar, from Mayhem and Sunn O)))
Incredibly deep barritone Voice that can shake the walls, but he can go fairly high as well. Also a fantastic growler with tons of Power and energy. He always sounds like a bull with such a strong voice. If there was a Voice that could break through walls, it'd be Attila's. Two songs to listen to so you can get a sense of his range: Illuminate Eliminate and Why Dost Thou Hide Thyself in Clouds.

EDIT:
Oh shit I somehow forgot:
Maynard James Keenan from Tool
Great singer, he can do pretty much anything in the lines of clean vocals. Barritones, Supranos, a shouting/singing punky sorta thing, everything. He's a totally confident singer. I'll post 3 songs to represent him here:
Parabol/Parabola (it's all one song but on the CD they're seperated tracks), 10,000 Days, and Sober.

Dave Hunt (aka V.I.T.R.I.O.L.) from Anaal Nathrakh and Stu Block from Into Eternity

Andrew Eldritch (Sisters of Mercy) not really metal though
Peter Steele (Type O Negative)
Warrel Dane (Nevermore)
Peter Tagtren (in Pain and growls/screams in Hypocrisy)

If we include symphonic vocals:

Simone Simmons (Epica)
Sharon Van Den Adel (Within Temptation)

No. NOOOOOO.
FUCKING NO.
I can't understand why you don't even know who he is--how could you have spent over a year into metal not knowing who Ronnie James Dio is? And HE DIED RECENTLY. That news was all over the place.

Ronny James Dio was the oldest heavy metalist ever, and also voted the best Heavy Metal vocalist of all time. He popularized the "m/" devil horns into the circle of metal. He was in some great bands:

Elf
Black Sabbath
Dio
Rainbow
Heaven and Hell

Okay. I still cannot comprehend how you don't know who he is. If metal was a religion, he'd be the God.
