Italian free form Metal band Second Brain have revealed the video to the song The Deranged taken from their Synthesis debut album. Filmed by Second Brain with stock footage from SleepingBagStudios (Canada), the bleakly-themed video can be seen on the band's brand-new YouTube channel by clicking here.

Synthesis was independently released by Second Brain in May 2014 and HAS since received widespread positive reviews. Second Brain currently consists of Agravain (vocals/guitars), Emanuele Pasquali (bass), Lala Gabarth (backing vocals/synthesizers) and Gygon (drums).
