I am an American, I've enlisted in the military and will probably be fighting in the war within the next couple of years. I don't want to Fight cause I don't know anything about the people I being sent in to Kill, I know nothing of their religion, their lifestyle, their culture, nothing. The only thing I know is that if I don't Kill them, their going to Kill me, And I refuse to die on Foriegn Soil, I was born on American Soil and I'm going to die on American soil. The only thing I want to know is why they Attack us and killed thousands of people that were just trying to Live their life. and President Bush, I've got to say he is the worst president we ever had, and our next president dosent look like their going to be to good either. The War in Iraq is not only to defend America but to bring the people responsible for the terrorist acts to Justice. And we are also helping many people that Live in Iraq, the terrorist are relentless they are not only killing Americans they are also killing thousands of their own people. American troops would have already come home years ago, but we are so worried about the people living there that we continue fighting not only for us but for their right to be free Bang Your Head | ||

That's good! Since you believe in it... For me; the right to be "FREE" doesn't go hand by hand with ALL what America is doing in Iraq... America is giving the terrorists more and more "RIGHT" to remain! Because according to them: "WE EXIST BECAUSE AMERICA IS IN OUR SOIL" and according to them: "OUR MISSION IS TO Fight AMERICANS...ONCE THIS MISSION IS FULLFILED WE WILL VANISH " I used to say: "To believe that war in Iraq is about terrorism is a big lie!" and still, every day, I'm gaining more proofs...!! Iraqi people HAVE to follow the path that America had already organized for them... They have to be "free" the way America wants.... . . . LOGICALLY, Iraqi people have to call for American troops' help first... Yet they did NOT do it... So the situation is not that clear or simple enough! In operation Iraqi Freedom, we are only trying to help give them a hand in becoming a free nation, BUT In the long run its up to the Iraqi people to either continue living the way they are OR Try and become a free nation. America cannot force them to do anything if the Majority of people don't want to. "OUR MISSION IS TO Fight AMERICANS...ONCE THIS MISSION IS FULLFILED WE WILL VANISH " They are not only fighting Americans, they are fighting everyone that does not have the same beliefs as them. But you do bring up some interesting points.
I do believe that we should have only helped iraq if they asked us to. This war has become a pointless war. At first it was to stop terrorism, But now its a Hopeless war that many soldiers are losing their lifes to. Bang Your Head | ||
