| yeah sure! this gonna be great! especialy if they are politicaly aware
don't you think if "normal" people are aware of certain things, this can have an influence on politics, means it will be taken into consideration?

| Nice
Anyway, I may be politically aware, and I surely am, but I would not manifest that through my music, cause that can be abusing of music, and people listening to it, my opinion only though.

| Some how i agree with you! I mean music should not abuse it's audiences, right!
But i think politics is just like any other topic, which can be artistically talked about

| Agree! But music has a talking role & awareness as a goal.

| Of course artists shall promote their ideas in music! It makes it far more interesting listening to, instead of listening to some commercial pop song filled out with empty words, or some power about a fantasy world full of dungeons and dragons and honor and glory. I respect people listening to power and has done it a little myself - but it was not because of the lyrics. Normally I prefer music full of socialistic, anti-racism, anti-fascism and anti-new-liberation propaganda. I don't think music really can change the world unless an artist gets extremely popular (I think Lennon became closer to revolutionize America, than anyone other has been the last 100 years - but then he was shot). But if music can help young people to open their eyes and see how rotten our world is, those artist are the ones i admire the most.
