I believe that every feeling inside humans is a Power an ENERGY. Besides, we should manage to find better ways to get it out of our bodies... It's just the way in which we show it outside, that makes it "HATRED" or "LOVE" or whatever. But it's the same in fact; a feeling = an energy. For example: When I'm "SAD". The energy that I have Burning Inside my Heart can be expressed in many ways: -To cry (not me.......lol) but it can help! -To sleep................... so the energy is "dead" causing no Harm and no good as well!! . . . These are common ways by which Sadness is expressed
But let's try this: -Make a phone-call or send E-mails to your friends... just to say "Hi, how life is treating these days?" and express your love and support for them... well in short: To make them happy! (while you're not)... -Write a poem! to make "BEAUTY" out of "GLOOM" (that's me). . . . Choose your OWN way to expressed "HATRED" and others...  If your thought is a rose, you are a rose garden; if it is a thorn, you are | ||
