I basically love every Dream Theater instrumental but these are my favorites by them:

Sepultura's
"T3rcermillennium"is also one of my favorites.

(Mortiis - Anden Som Guorde Oppror... doesn't really count 'cause it has like three lines of lyrics, but if it wasn't for those it'd be my favourite)
