it's the front cover of the LP release which comes two-fold so that when you open it up, you see what you probably already knew; I guess at that time Earache had restrictions to put up such a 'gory' cover!

I'll let others play for a while now ;)

ps: damn I'm sure the hint made it way too obvious...:p
