I just signed up for Spirit of Metal and i was wondering what exactly do u have to do to get points?

you have to submit stuff or contribute to the site in some way or another.
 
This can be done by adding bands, photos, reviews, ect...

You get points if you contribute to the Encyclopedia, like miniradman said.
Here you can see how many points you get for each submission.

I wonder, what I do with points? How many points do I need to pass in canda circle... Etc... I already got 190 points and fifth in the circle, and was wondering how many points you needed to go up, etc...

Well you need:

1000 points to get into fourth

3000 points to get into thrid

6000 points to get into second

But its not possible to get into first (as they are admin)

Its not really a system where you can spend points. More like, the more points you have, the more Trust the teams running the site give you
