Reapers are departed human souls that have gained supernatural powers. Soul
Reapers can only be seen by other spiritually aware entities, which excludes most humans. Additionally, they can be injured and die like regular humans, though it takes considerably greater injuries for the latter to occur than it would in regular humans..when relationship between zanpakutou and it's wielder,becomes ideal,than zanpakuto can transform into his third form-bankai.but also it requires high lack of reiatsu.

- Description
Zangetsu is the zanpakutou Kurosaki Ichigo recieves from Rukia during the first chapter. It apears to be a regular katana, except for that it is as tall as Ichigo due to his high spiritual energy. The crossguard was the normal rectangle with a Flame pattern on the long sides. Ichigo carries Zangetsu slung over his back, at first with a heavy sheath and a thick leather belt studded with double-rows of metal-ringed holes, and then later on with a red chain of interconnecting triangles. Zangetsu also has its own apperance and is one of the few zanpakutous we see materialize themselves. He looks like a shinigami to some extent, but his robe has multiple tattered edges that he seems to be able to control, and a rugged looking face, with a pair of funky glasses to match. Zangetsu's Bankai name is Tensa Zangetsu, which Means "Heaven Chain Cutting Moon."
Shikai
Zangetsu's shikai transforms itself from a regular looking katana to a Sword without a crossguard. The Sword has a long, wide blade, with an even deadlier blade. There is also a cloth from the handle that floats freely under Ichigo's control and becomes a sheath when Zangetsu is not in battle. This version of Zangetsu is made mostly for attacking since it lacks the protective pieces of a katana. The special ability of Zangetsu's shikai is that it can turn Ichigo's spiritual energy into a shockwave of energy. This is called "Getsuga Tenshou" and it can easily slice through anything in its path including rock, buildings, and people. Strangely, Zangetsu is constantly in its Shikai form. Ichigo has yet to figure out how to get Zangetsu to transform into its "original form".
Bankai
Tensa Zangetsu is one of the only swords in Bleach that does not become some huge monstorus Beast when released. Tensa Zangetsu instead does quite the opposite, it becomes a regular sized katana. Instead of the cloth his Shikai form had, a short length of chain dangles from the base of the hilt. He finally gets a crossguard, though it isn't normal. Four prongs bend out with the base of the blade at it's center. And every last square inch of Zangetsu is pitch black. Even his ''Getsuga Tenshou'' are black. As for Tensa Zangetsu's ability, he takes everything that most bankai put into siza and Power and translates it into a huge speed boost for Ichigo. Ichigo himself also changes appearance. The top half of his shinigami robe becomes a sort of suit topcoat instead of a kimono, pinned together at one spot, then left to flare out into ragged ends, similar to the way Zangetsu's looks.

- Description:
Senbon Zakura doesn't deviate from the norm in its plain form, looking just like a normal katana. Captain Kuchiki isn't inventive in carrying it, either, keeping it slung at his waist. Only the crossguard distinguishes it, mostly by being almost not there. Senbon Zakura's crossguard is a simple open frame, much like a 4-pane window.
Shikai:
Speaking the short word "chire" which means scatter, Captain Kuchiki makes Senbon Zakura's blade disappear and turn into what looks like thousands of small cherry blossom flower petals. Captain Kuchiki mentally controls this razor cloud, and can slice somebody fatally without them even seeing what hit them. It is a deadly attack but also leaves Kuchiki unarmed and open for an attack.
Bankai:
In bankai form, Sebon Zakura name lenghtens to Senbon Zakura Kageyoshi, which means Thousand Cherry Trees, Solemn Shadow. Senbon Zakura Kageyoshi is a stonger version of the shikai form of Senbon Zakura. A double row of dozens of swords lines up out of nowhere around Captain Kuchiki and then dissolve into the wind, making a much bigger his shikai. Captain Kuchiki can also cause the petals to reform into the original ghost-white blades and move them around mentally in order to stab his opponent.

... usually these two things are combined quite alot (anime and cats, i mean) 
and it's not a hentai genre,why should they gonna stick there some cats???
