The band was born on 2003 in the Pilar College of Tétouan, thanks to the invaluable support of the direction of this spanish establishment. It was composed then of five members, with much of instability side line-up, in particular for the bass guitar. The repertory was limited to recoveries Blues, Rock, Metal… but the first Anass’s signed compositions already started to influence the style of the group.

Representations took place on many local scenes, of which of course the college Pilar, the C.F.P. Juan of Cierva, the C.C.F. of Tétouan, the Estival Festival of Martil, and the Summer of MarinaSmir…

In 2005, at the "1st National Festival of Young Musicians" organized by the secretariat of state in charge of youth, the 3rd price is awarded to Wanted, among more than one hundred of groups preselected in all Morocco. Such an exploit for a first competitive participation in the national level, gave tonicity to the formation moral side. But the dissensions continued to prevail, until dispersion of the members.

This situation lasted several months, during this period Anass continued to compose in solo. Making handicap an advantage, to play in duet ; and its own music this time. A Progressive and Technical Death Metal with an Oriental overtone please !

Then came an occasion so much awaited by the Wanted, their candidates' file for the 9th edition of the "Boulevard of the Young Musicians" - Casablanca 2007 - was not only accepted, but they were directly propelled to the row of guests, the jury being impressed with the originality of the duet in comparison with the top made technical of the models proposed. A few weeks after, the Wanted appear at the top of poster in the 3rd edition of the "Metal-Fest" organized in Rabat.

The Wanted will celebrate New Year's Day 2008 by representing Morocco in Algiers, for the 1st edition of the "Maghreb Metal". A maghrebian level success ahead the Algerian public. On March 29, 2008, the Wanted organize the 1st north Moroccan metal fest “Fest-O” a prominent spectacle, with the participation of several groups of national elite in the kind.

From June 3 to 6 2009, Wanted takes part in first meeting EC3 organized in Cadiz (Spain), bringing together several artists of two banks of the Straits of Gibraltar. From September 3 to 12 2009, Wanted represents Morocco within the BJCEM (Biennial of the Young Creators of Europe and the Mediterranean) organized in Skopje (Macedonia).
