Rude Revelation is a luxembourgish Death/Trashmetalband, founded by Raphael Gambuto (guitars), Jeff Buchette(guitars) and André Millim(drums) All three of them already played, more or less successfully, in former bands such as Ed Hunters (an Iron-Maiden Tributeband), Bleeding Sword or Eternal Winter.

Raph and Jeff met on a Concert, and Jeff proposed to start a new Death-Metal Project with André. Still having no fix ideas of what it should be or become, they began to jam together and Raph and Jeff soon started to write songs.

In September, Noémie Leer (vocals) joined the band. The band being now complete, they began to work together more intensively during the months that followed.

In December 2007, they played their first gig at the Brasserie 911 in Belvaux, where they were supported by other local bands. As the first critics were encouraging, they kept playing on and continued writing songs, in order to eventually play more concerts in Luxembourg and in the nearby surroundings. They began to record a 4-Song-Demo in December 2007, that should had be released in February 2008, but the band had a dissatisfaction with the sound and decided to re-record the Demo! It will be released on 2nd May 2008!

So far, they are looking forward to a few concerts, where they are given the possibility to improve their live show and interact with other bands.

It certainly isn't always easy to reduce the different tastes and ideas to a common denominator because each member has its own personality and comes from different musical horizons, which nevertheless makes working together not only a musical experience but also a new experience at human/personal level.
