Life.Love.Regret who took their name from the title of the second Unbroken album, are a Newcastle based metallic hardcore band who started together in late 2000 with their first show being played in March 2001. Every member of LLR have been involved in hardcore bands since 1993 (when the Newcastle Hardcore scene had a boom period). These bands include such known Newcastle acts as Arms Reach, Found My Direction, Case For Jefferson, X Claim!, Pitfall, Disengage among others. Currently Brad is one of the busiest drummers going around with him being behind the kit in no few than 4 bands!

They released their debut album 'Sick Of Goodbyes' in December 2001 which coincided with a visit to Melbourne and shows with Identity Theft, Nation Blue and Snubfighter (to name a few). Lyrically they talk about personal issues like relationships, depression and anxiety and are viewed from a dark perspective. Musically they are influenced by bands such as Hatebreed, Buried Alive, Slayer, Unbroken, The Smiths and Mindsnare. The guys did a heap of touring during 2002 on the back of the debut album which including supporting bands such as Hatebreed and Throwdown. However, they broke up in early 2003 playing their last show at the Hardcore 2003 licensed show in Sydney.
