Sick from Italy, Lapsus officially formed in 2005: guys blended American Bay Area Thrash and European Swedish Melodic Death Metal under the influence of the most important bands, they found and made melody and power with great attitude and passion.
In 2005 Lapsus released demo-cd New Prologue, totally self-produced recorded in MusicLab Studio (Turin, Ita) that contains three songs. One year later Lapsus released single-cd Ancestry, produced and recorded in FusixStudio (Turin, Ita) that contains a single song, a video clip and material about the band. Lapsus work received good review from many Italian Webzines and Italian Megazines.
Contemporaney the five guys worked on the song-writing to record a lot of tracks for their first album Moments of Aberration, that will contains songs from New Prologue, Ancestry and others songs.
Lapsus plans to crush their music in more Northen Italian Clubs awakening the interest from the underground metal scene: Lapsus has had the opportunity to play with many important bands and Lapsus book contains different experience, including the partecipation at Gods Of Metal 2007.
The first LP Moments of Aberration includes 11 songs in which the guys are blending the original 100% European Swedish Melodic Death mixing it together with some crazy American Bay AreaThrash metal riffing.
