The project "Insomnia Creep" was created by the guitarist Giacomo "Jack" Casile (already member of Cold Aenima and Greetings from Terronia) in January 2009.

The objective was to give a final form on a series of songs that he composed around 2006, instrumentally completed over the following years but without vocal parts. This absence will be filled by the partecipation in the project by Antony Oley (already leader of Oley and Street noise) as the vocalist of the band, that will write the lyrics and vocal lines of the songs present in "Hallucination City". Afterwards, will join the band, Jack's brother Natale "Morlock" Casile (guitarist of 3of8 and Demonia Mundi) on bass and backing vocals, so as to complete the line-up of the project.

In March 2009 the band began the recording of first full-length with producer Alessio Mauro (Lex AudioLab).

July 2011 is published "Hallucination City", the band's first album.
