The group was formed in November 1998 in Ioannina, Greece by a group of University students and originally was called Twilight Eclipse. After several live appearances they decided to change the band's name to Insight.

At that time, the group was consisted of 4 members : Stathis Theodorou (guitars), Nikos Malakelis (Drums), Christos Economidis (bass) and Nickos Machairas (guitars).

After working on some ideas, they decided to release a demo-cd under the name "The Dance Of Eternity". To do so Efthimis Vasiliou (keyboards) & Korina Gavala (violin) joined the band giving to the songs a feeling of melancholy...

Before the recordings, Nickos Machairas left the band, so all the guitar parts where performed by Stathis .After this release, Insight presented live their work in several clubs in greece & recieved quite a warm welcome... so they started working on some new material which later, in August 2000, released under the title "A Quintet of Hidden Emotions".

For this demo Michalis Potsikas (vocals) joined the band to give a more melodic touch and feeling to Insight's music. This demo-cd is concept and deals with the emotional situations that someone may encounter throughout his life due to many reasons depending on the situation.

Some time after this release, Nickos Malakelis left the band due to the fact that he had to continue his studies in England. So the band went in search for a drummer... and, so after some time, Haris Kokkinos joined the band !!

The current line up is : Stathis Theodorou (Guitars), Christos Economodis (Bass), Michalis Potsikas - Vocals), Haris Kokkinos (Drums) and George Stergiou (Guitars).

This demo-cd contains 6 songs, each one representing one emotion : Confusion, Loss, Grief, Inhibition & Regret.

All Insight's artwork (concept & design) was made by a dear friend (Stephen Sakkas) who really supported us from the begining.
