As one of the best newcomer bands from Sweden these last years, In Mourning proves it is still possible to write progressive and melodic death metal with originality and essence. Having the experience of five prior demos, the band has been going on since 2000, constantly writing new material and these last years also gaining experience as a liveband.

In Mourning just signed a deal with Aftermath Music who will release the debut ”Shrouded Divine” on January 2nd 2008, with a firm belief that this band has the little extra to offer in a stale genre which is often repeated too many times from bands that simply are not exciting enough.
With ”Shrouded Divine” In Mourning would like to prove the bands qualities for a wider audience, both on record and hopefully on a stage near you in the future...
