Hatrix is a Cleveland, USA, based metal band formed in 1989. and fronted by Mushroomhead lead singer Jeff Hatrix.

Hatrix was a raw, early 90's metal band. They had a lot of 80's metal bands as influences, as well as a big Pantera influence with the guitars. Jeff really showed his vocal range with Hatrix on each and every song. Marko Vukchevich also used to play guitar with Hatrix during some of their live shows. Hatrix hasn't made any new albums since 1994, but they did release a new song on the Industry Compilation in 1996, and on the Mushroomhead Inc. Sampler in 1998. They also released 'Re-Issue' in 1998 which was a re-release of the Revolution album. Hatrix was on a long hiatus from playing shows, but they got back together and did a couple of shows in 2004 and 2005, with talks of heading back into the studio.


Jeff, Steve, and Dave are pre-occupied with Mushroomhead at this point in their music careers to really focus on Hatrix.

Hatrix "re-united" in 2005. for a stint of shows in the Cleveland area.
