Gort's biography

GORT were born in late september-early october 2002,
by Wolf’s (guitar) and Lord Lemory’s(bass/vocals) will.
For the lack of drummers, the first solution was to use a
drum-machine.
The band continued in that way until Blashrykh joined the band
as drummer.
But the brotherhood ended very soon and the new member left the band.
In March 2004 E. Ingvar decided to enter the band and play drums.
With a stable line-up,Gort released the
“We declare Destruction” demo-tape, four tracks of raw black metal,
inspired by the classics (Dark throne, Burzum and so on).
The choice of the tape instead of the cd is
dictated by the bond between band and the origin of the scene,
when demo-cd didn’t exist.
In may 2005 Obscuritatis Daemonium join the band as bass player
for allow Lord Lemory to occupy only about the vocals.
