Biografia : Bloodshrine

In autumn of 2003 vocalist T. Membrane Mutilator met drummer Samuel Ebola at downtown Lappeenranta. They spent the evening vandalizing local bars and arguing about their musical opinions. Since then they decided to meet each other more often, boozing and talking shit, and slowly the thought of forming a band came more and more topical...

Mr. Mutilator and mr. Ebola soon found Sergei (USSR Generalissimus) from a local Heavy Metal-cave and asked if he wanted to play guitar in the band. Sergei came along and the dynamic trio headed to another bar where Elias joined the company. Sergei, Samuel and T. Membrane spoke about the band things and Elias, who couldn't avoid hearing their chatting, asked if the band needed another guitarist. Answer was affirmative. Few days later Samuel Ebola asked his neighbour Sam Hayne to play bass and the line-up was complete.

After a while Elias left Bloodshrine and was replaced by Jani, who was an old friend of Samuel and had recently moved to Lappeenranta. But after a while it turned out that Jani didn't have enough time for the band due to his personal things. Now it seemed that any guitarist matching the band's style couldn't be found, and after some serious speculation Samuel gave up the drummer's duties and passed them to Suolijuha, another old friend of his. Samuel himself started playing guitar and it soon turned out that the whole thing worked better this way. Finally Bloodshrine was complete.
