Biography

Ancestral Fog is borned in 1999 from the ashes of Malevolent Empyrium, a local Black-Metal band from the north of France.
The first release of the band consists in the tape recording of the first gig in April 2000.
This live era can mostly be seen as a primary continuation of Malevolent Empyrium since all the songs featured were taken from this band's setlist.
After this, some particularly disturbing line-up problems stopped the band's activity for not less than 4 years.
During this period, Terrorizt (previously known as “Fafnir”) kept on composing and developping his religious convictions; the band being resumed to him alone.
Now is the time for the real rise of the band, under the form of an invincible spiritual trinity composed of:
