Biography Abandoned
In Autumn 1999 Holger (guit.) and Kally (voc/ guit.) began to write songs for a common band. When Konrad (dr.) joins in early 2000, ABANDONED started to take shape. In the summer of 2000 the 4 song promo „Forcefed“ was recorded, which was played for the audience during the next 2 years in over 300 gigs. In winter 2000/2001 the finally found a bass player in Günter, who completed the line-up. Since Autumn 2001 ABANDONED has toured the area between Ludwigshafen and Kopenhagen and established their name as a live band.
The new cd „Misanthrope“ is again self-produced. It shows how one can play riff-oriented Thrash without following trends and without sounding recycled.
