This is very strong album which finds Motörhead on particularly ferocious form, with most of the songs consisting of some furious riffing propelled along at break-neck speed by Lemmy's bass and Mickey Dee's frantic drumming.
The Best Of the bunch include the gloriously intense "Terminal Show", "Killers" which boasts a very catchy riff… and "Down on me" (which has a very impressive chorus).
The pace slows very slightly on the wonderful "Keys To The Kingdom", which chugs along nicely on a rock'n'roll riff, and features a haunting unaccompanied guitar solo.
Then, having pounded you into submission, the band finally give you a chance to draw breath with closing track "Whorehouse Blues", which is exactly what the title promises : a fun acoustic blues number which even has some harmonica thrown in.
If you're in the moood for some brutal, fast and heavy music, then this is the album for you !
